Last updated 15 October 2026 These terms are the agreement between you and Lost Boy Era LLC when you use lostboyera.com or buy from it. Placing an order means you accept them. ORDERS An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we email you a confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund it in full. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if a price was listed wrongly, or if we believe the order is fraudulent. PRICES Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice, but the price you pay is the one shown when you order. We try to get prices and descriptions right. If something is listed at an obviously wrong price we are not obliged to honour it, and we will refund you in full rather than send it. PAYMENT Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. DELIVERY AND RETURNS See the Shipping Policy and the Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms. PRODUCTS Screens show colour differently and the garments are printed, so a small difference between a photograph and what arrives is normal and is not a fault. OUR DESIGNS The Lost Boy Era name, logo and all artwork on this site belong to us. You may not reproduce, print or sell them. USING THE SITE Do not try to break into, overload or interfere with the site, and do not scrape it. We may refuse service to anyone who does. LIABILITY We stand behind what we sell: if something arrives faulty or wrong we will put it right as set out in the Refund Policy. Beyond that, so far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits a right you have under law that cannot be limited. WHICH LAW APPLIES These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. CHANGES We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
