Privacy Policy

Last updated 15 October 2026 This explains what Lost Boy Era LLC does with your information when you buy from lostboyera.com. WHAT WE COLLECT When you order: your name, email address, delivery address, and what you bought. When you pay: your card details go straight to Stripe, our payment processor. They never reach this website and we never see or store them. We receive only the last four digits and whether the payment succeeded. When you visit: ordinary web server records — which pages were requested and roughly where in the world the request came from. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics that follow you around other websites. WHAT WE USE IT FOR To take your order, make a postage label, send it to you, and email you about it. To answer you if you get in touch. To keep records of sales, which we are required to do. That is all of it. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not hand it to anyone for marketing. WHO ELSE HANDLES IT Running a shop means other companies process some of your information for us. Each is bound to use it only for the job we give them. Stripe — takes the payment. Shippo and USPS — your delivery address, to get the parcel to you. Resend — sends your order and shipping emails. Supabase — stores the order. Vercel — hosts the website. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT Order records are kept for seven years, because tax rules require it. If you ask us to delete your information we will remove whatever we are not legally required to keep. COOKIES The site uses a little local storage to remember what is in your basket, and to keep staff signed in to the admin. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. YOUR CHOICES Email lostboyera.biz@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. CHILDREN This shop is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. CHANGES If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
