Shipping Policy

Last updated 15 October 2026 WHERE WE SHIP Within the United States only at present. WHAT IT COSTS $6.95 on any order. Free on orders over $75, worked out on the order total before tax. HOW IT SHIPS USPS Ground Advantage, which usually takes 3 to 5 business days once it is in the post. USPS does not guarantee that time. WHEN IT SHIPS We aim to get orders into the post within 2 business days. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday go out on the next business day. You will get an email with a tracking number as soon as the label is made. If that has not arrived and your order is not showing as shipped, check your spam folder first, then email us. TRACKING The tracking number in your shipping email links straight to USPS. It can take up to 24 hours to show movement — a number showing nothing yet usually means the parcel has not been scanned in, not that something is wrong. ADDRESSES We send to the address entered at checkout, so please check it before paying. If an address is wrong, email lostboyera.biz@gmail.com straight away. If we have not posted it we can fix it. Once it is in the post we cannot, and a parcel returned to us as undeliverable is refunded for the item only, not the delivery. IF A PARCEL GOES MISSING If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, email lostboyera.biz@gmail.com with your order number and we will take it up with USPS.
